Public Health England, and the NHS, are encouraging all eligible adults across the country to book their first COVID-19 vaccination. Last week, eligibity widened to include everyone aged over 18. A number of pop-up and walk-in clinics are now operating across the UK, offering first jabs to people who either haven’t received a booking text, or who may not be fully registered with a GP service.
For people living around Egham, the vaccination clinic at the Hythe Centre in Egham are offering walk-in vaccinations on Saturday 26th of June and Tuesday 29th of June, between 10am – 5pm.
The clinic is described as “Pfizer walk-in sessions – first dose for adults aged 18 and over. Second doses available for adults after 8 week interval only and you must have received Pfizer as your first dose.”
You can find more information about local pop-up and walk-in clinics on the NHS Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group’s website.
