Larmer Tree Festival
Larmer Tree Festival, based just outside Salisbury, is an annual music and arts festival that occurs over a 5 day period. It is extremely family friendly, and has a very laid-back environment. You don’t have the over populated stages, muddy paths or drunken youths – instead, you get the dad dancers, picnic blankets and chair setups and most importantly, a view of the stage. And this works to ones advantage, giving everyone a chance to relax and listen to the performing act.
This year, the stage was blessed with the likes of Jamie Cullum, Tom Odell, The Stranglers, and many, many more.
At Insanity Radio, we had the wonderful opportunity in interviewing the female rock/pop duo Sound Of The Sirens and Kanda Bongo Man, a Congolese soukous musician…
